When does it ship?
BATCH 001 units are built, tested and in stock, so your order ships from that first production run rather than waiting on one. You will get an email with tracking when yours goes out.
What is BATCH 001?
BATCH 001 is our limited first production run: 100 Founder Edition units, built and in stock. When they are gone the next batch opens, and you can join the waitlist for it. If the camera is not what you wanted, you have 30 days to send it back for a refund.
Where do you ship to?
Worldwide. Pick your country at checkout: the list covers every destination our payment processor can handle, which is almost everywhere. A small number of countries are missing because Stripe cannot process them, not because we would not post you one.
Do I need a subscription?
No. A single EOT-1 works fully on the free plan. MCP, the live stream, photos, and video clips are all included.
