Common questions
Does it replace her pendant alarm?
It does the part the pendant cannot. It works when she is not wearing it, it does not need her to press anything, and it does not need her to be conscious. Most families run both: the pendant for when she can reach it, this for when she cannot.
Does she have to know it is there?
Yes, and it is worth doing properly, because it is her home. In practice it is an easier conversation than people expect. Most people would rather a camera answered one question a day than have a relative ring every afternoon to check they are still upright.
Does video of her leave the house?
Only if you send it. The camera serves frames on her own network and never routes them through our servers. Point your agent at a local model and video of your mum never leaves her front room, which is not something a cloud care camera can offer you.
