Know the line stopped before the end of the shift.

A supervisor cannot watch every line at once, and the downtime report arrives long after the money has gone. Point the camera at the process and ask it what happened, while it is still happening.

The answer lands wherever you already are.

The EOT-1 speaks MCP and REST, so your agent can put what it sees into anything with an API, instead of leaving it sat in a feed you have to go and check.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we have to integrate it with the PLC?

No, and that is the point. It watches the line the way a supervisor does, through a lens, so it works on machines that predate Ethernet and on machines whose vendor will not open the protocol. If you do have data worth joining, your agent can read the PLC and the picture together, but nothing has to be wired for the camera to be useful on day one.

Does this replace our machine vision QC?

No. Inline machine vision inspects a part at line speed against a fixed tolerance, and it is very good at that. This reads the situation around the part: the queue, the empty station, the operator working around a jam. Different job, and most plants that have one still want the other.

Our factory network is locked down. Does anything leave the site?

Only what you send. The camera serves frames on your own network and never routes them through our servers. Point it at a model running on a box in the plant room and nothing leaves the site at all, which is the answer most operations directors need before anything gets bolted to a wall.
