Know exactly which bird that was.
Most wildlife cameras hand you 400 clips and let you do the identifying. Ask yours instead.
The answer lands wherever you already are.
The EOT-1 speaks MCP and REST, so your agent can put what it sees into anything with an API. That is the difference between a camera you check and a camera that tells you.
Other things to ask it.
- ❯Message me if an animal that is not my cat comes through the cat flap.
- ❯At midnight, tell me what is in the garden. Photo if it is a hedgehog.
- ❯Count how many different species visited this week.
Common questions
Does the camera identify the species itself?
The camera supplies a 12MP image; the model you connect does the identifying. Current vision models handle common garden birds, mammals and pets well, and because you choose the model, you can switch to a better one later without buying new hardware.
Can it see at night?
With the optional infrared version, yes. It has no IR filter, so it captures in the dark without a visible light source that would scare off hedgehogs, foxes and owls.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for this. Capture a frame, send it to your model, log the result: that whole loop runs on your own network, and you pay your AI provider directly for the tokens you use. Cloud access is there if you want to reach the camera from somewhere else, but it is optional.
